A swimming pool

Who doesn’t love to take a dip in a swimming pool from time to time? Having a public swimming pool in your residential area is a recipe for friendships that will last a lifetime, trust us. If you live in a place that is always warm and sunny, this would be a wonderful thing to have. And if you have kids, that is another plus! Talk about pool parties for every single birthday, kids love a good pool party.

A spa

This amenity is reserved for those gated communities that are more on the luxurious side. But if you have the budget to be a bit spendy, we highly suggest finding a location that has a spa. Everyone should have the opportunity to experience a nice deep tissue massage, this world is too stressful to not have one done at least once. Just think, the facials, the mud baths, the many massages, that is the dream. And if you are paying the top bucks, it would be worth it to have a place nearby where you can 100% relax.
